Blogging Boomer Carnival #257



This week the Boomer Carnival tackles social security legislation that needs attention, the ideal retirement home, beautiful photos from the market in Nice, France to treat your palate as you read insightful comments on changing careers and falling in love at our age! SoBabyBoomer tells us that the Social Security Retirement System still collects more than it spends.  However, the U.S. Congress is considering drawing from this retirement fund to shore up the disability fund.  Boomers need to tell their representatives in Congress to keep their hands off their retirement resources.



Last week Tom Sightings spent an afternoon working in the yard, and when he came inside he couldn't help but start to start to think ... start to dream ... start to fantasize what an ideal home in retirementmight look like.
